Services and Fees

This counseling practice is a professional service. The fee schedule below is based on my professional experience, education, the usual and customary fees in this region, and biblical principles on fair fees (Deuteronomy 8:18; Luke 10:7; 1Tim 5:18) and financial stewardship.

In an effort to make our services as widely accessible as possible, scholarships are available. Scholarships are determined on an individual basis by the staff of the Biblical Counseling Center. Please call and ask for more information!

In addition, we also take many forms of insurance as well as medicaid/medicare to help subsidize the cost. See below for more information.

Please follow these steps for insurance visits:

1) Call your insurance company to verify your mental health coverage; ask if you need pre-authorization, how many sessions you’re allowed per year, what your co-pay is, whether or not your deductible has been met (if necessary), and whether the counselor you will be seeing is part of your insurance company’s panel (if necessary). Bring this information to your first session.

2) Bring your insurance card (or a copy of the front AND back) and the pre-authorization number or document, to your first session, along with your co-payment. We take check, cash, credit and debit cards.
